Jackfruit Mud Cake

Ingredients

• 150 gr jackfruit, cut into small dice
• 150 gr flour
• 100 gr sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tbsp milk powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 4 drops of jackfruit flavoring / yellow coloring
• 350 ml coconut milk
• 1 tbsp melted margarine

Step

• • In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, powdered milk, salt, vanilla, pour in the coconut milk, stir briefly as long as it mixes well, then add the eggs, pieces of jackfruit and liquid margarine, stir.
• • Heat the mud mold, spread margarine, pour the dough and cover it, cook until cooked, remove and ready to serve. Good luck
