Milo Roll

Material A

  • 250 gr high protein flour
  • 30 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp instant yeast
  • 100 ml liquid milk

Material B

  • 40 gr butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Material C

  • Butter
  • Milo Powder

Milk Glaze

  • 100 ml liquid milk
  • 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
  • Sugar according to taste
  • Cook all ingredients until it boils and thickens (if you want it thicker, you can add cornstarch)

How to make

  • 1. Mix ingredients A together, mixer until smooth. Add ingredients B, mix again until smooth and elastic
  • 2. Take the dough, round it. Put it in another container. Then let stand for about 1 hour
  • 3. Deflate the dough, then roll it thin and the sides are the same size. ⁣
  • 4. Brush lightly with butter, sprinkle with milo powder until smooth. Roll and condense
  • 5. Cut using thread. Then arrange on a baking sheet that has been smeared with margarine
  • 6. Oven until cooked with a temperature of 200'C for about 15 minutes and on fire for 5 minutes. Remove and spread butter.
