Ingredients for Brown Sugar

  • 150 gr brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 80 ml water
  • 2 pandan leaves
  • 1 tbsp Tapioca Flour Deli BALL
  • Add all ingredients to the pan, mix well and bring to a boil. Set aside.

Thick Coconut Milk

  • 300 ml medium thick coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp Rice Flour Deli Ball
  • Add all ingredients to the pan, mix well and cook until bubbling.

Bongko Material

  • 20 pandan leaves
  • 5 suji leaves (can be skipped)
  • 500 ml water
  • Blend all the ingredients above then strain and take 400 ml of pandan juice.

Other Ingredients

  • 80 gr Rice Flour Deli Ball
  • 20 gr Tapioca Flour Deli BALL
  • 20 gr Deli BALL Refined Sugar
  • * Mix the 3 ingredients above. Pour pandan juice, mix well. Strain into the pan, cook, stirring, until thickened and lumpy, remove from heat.

Presentation

  • Pour the brown sugar water into a serving container, add the bongko, add the thick coconut milk. Sprinkle palm sugar to enhance the appearance.
  • Enjoy it while it's warm it's better
