Martabak Rolls (thin Martabak)
Ingredients
- 2 whole eggs
- 125gr granulated sugar
- 200cc liquid milk
- 150gr tpg pro medium
- 50gr tpg rice
- 1/2 tsp BP
- 1/2 tsp BS
- 1/2 tsp salt.
- Filling: chocolate mesis
- Spread: butter/margarine.
- (Suit one's taste).
Method
- Mix all the ingredients in the Chopper Signora daily Chopper
- Chopper average
- Pour the dough into the pan after it is dry, spread margarine, sprinkle chocolate mesis / according to taste.
- Remove using a MONNA BAKEWARE spatula
- Roll up and arrange in the MONNA BAKEWARE square pan.
