How to Make Sweet Potato Mochi Bread
* Puree the sweet potato while it's still hot, wait for it to warm, add the sweetened condensed and margarine, mix well
* Round into 6 – 8 parts (I used 8 parts), then shape into ovals, set aside
* Cook the water, margarine, sugar and salt until it boils, turn off the heat, add the tapioca flour Turn the heat back on, stir until smooth, remove from heat, let warm
* Transfer to another container when it is not hot, add flour, glutinous rice flour and egg. Knead lightly until smooth and soft. Then divide into 8 parts.
* Take one circle of dough, flatten it, put the sweet potato on it then cover it by pinching it, then roll it into the sweet potato flour, coat evenly
* Arrange in a baking sheet that has been lined with baking paper. Make holes and strokes so that they look like real sweet potatoes. Bake until cooked, about 15-20 minutes (Try the pinched part is on the bottom so it doesn't crack like mine)
