Cake Ingredients
100 gr unsalted butter
80 gr white coconut sugar
1 tsp vanilla paste
2 medium size eggs
80 gr mocaf flour
20 gr brown rice flour
1 tsp baking powder
tsp salt
50 gr chocochips / grated cheddar cheese
Note
️ If you want to use wheat flour, you can replace the two flours above with 100 grams of low protein flour
️white coconut sugar can be replaced with 100 gr granulated sugar
How to make

1. In a bowl, mix butter, sugar & vanilla until pale and fluffy. Then add the eggs one at a time & mix until well combined
2. Enter the flour mixture, bp & salt (sifted before), stir again, finally add the chocochips. Stir again until completely smooth. (don't need to stir too long)
3. Pour the batter into the tin that has been filled with bananas
4. Bake in preheat oven, temperature 175⁰C for 30-35 minutes. Toothpick test, done, remove from oven. Wait 5 minutes, then remove from the tin.
