- – 50 grams of sugar
- – 1 egg + liquid milk = 160 ml
- – 4 grams of instant yeast
- – 45 gr butter
- – 1/2 tsp salt
- - purple coloring to taste
How to make
- In a bowl: mix flour, sugar and milk mixture, stir. Knead for a while just as long. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap for at least 8 hours at room temperature
- - After 8 hours, open the plastic wrap. Set aside. In a separate place, put the yeast in a small glass, dissolve it with 1 tablespoon of warm water. Stir until it becomes a thick paste
- - Pour yeast paste into flour mixture, mix briefly. Add butter and salt. The mixer is enough for 5 minutes on medium speed (at this stage the dough is already elastic)
- - Divide the dough into 2 parts, 1 part with purple coloring. Mix well into the dough
- – Round the dough, put it back in the bowl, cover with plastic wrap. Rest until doubled in size (I 45 minutes)
- – Setelah mengembang 2x lipat, kempeskan adonan. Gilas rata membentuk persegi panjang masing” adonan. Taruh adonan ungu diatas adonan putih lalu gulung dan rapatkan. Tata di loyang roti tawar yg sdh dioles margarine . Istirahatkan kembali selama 30 menit
- – Setelah mengembang, oles permukaan dgn susu cair. Oven selama 35 menit dgn suhu 180’c ( sesuaikan oven masing “) . Keluarkan dr oven dan loyang. Tunggu agak dingin lalu potong”. Sajikan
