Ingredients

  • 250gr (blueband margarine + butter).
  • 175gr powdered sugar (add sweet like it)
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 50gr milk powder
  • 100gr cornstarch
  • 100gr almond powder
  • 1 pack of vanilla powder
  • - + 220gr tpg flour (adjust).

Method

  • Mixer butter, margarine and powdered sugar, vanilla mixer until smooth.
  • Add the egg mix well.
  • Enter the tpg milk, almond powder mix well.
  • Add cornstarch mix well.
  • Add flour gradually.
  • Low speed mixer / stir with a spatula
  • Stir until well blended.
  • Put in the mold according to taste.
  • How to bake
  • Preheat the DE VINCI OVEN to a top temperature of 150'c and a bottom temperature of 160'c.

  • Insert the baking sheet containing the dough and bake for -+25 minutes.
