Cook all ingredients except young coconut meat until it boils. Strain.
Wet the pudding mold, arrange the young coconut meat.
Pour the agar2 after the steam is gone into the mould.
Layer Material 2
750ml water
150gr brown sugar/palm sugar, comb
2 tbsp sugar
1 egg, beaten
65 ml instant coconut milk
1 pack of agar2 swallow plain
2 pandan leaves, tie
pinch of salt
How to Create Layer 2
Cook some water with brown sugar, sugar and salt. Strain so that there are no impurities.
add agar2 powder, eggs, coconut milk and the rest of the water and pandan leaves. Cook until boiling while stirring to produce a smooth moss texture.
After boiling, wait a while until the pudding is slightly warm and thick. Pour over layer 1 which has been half set slowly. Cool and store in the refrigerator until set.
