Brown Sugar Pudding Ingredients

  • 1 pack of agar agar plain
  • 200 gr brown sugar
  • 500 ml coconut milk
  • 2 pandan leaves, tie a knot
  • How to make: cook all ingredients until boiling, remove and strain. Pour into a jar or into a pudding mold.

Cendol Ingredients

  • 60 gr rice flour
  • 25 gr tapioca flour
  • 15 gr cornstarch
  • 500 ml water
  • Pandan paste, red dye, yellow dye.

How to make

  • Mix rice flour, tapioca flour, cornstarch and water, stir until well blended. Divide the dough into three, each adding pandan paste, red and yellow coloring. Cook the dough until it thickens, shines and stretches so that the cendol doesn't crumble easily. Then print. Do the same for the other color dough.

How to Make Cendol Pudding
