Caramel Fried Banana

Ingredients

  • 10 Bananas Kepok
  • 100 gr Wheat Flour
  • 50 gr Rice Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • Enough water (approximately the thickness)

Caramel

  • 100 gr granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp Margarine

Sprinkled

  • Sesame according to taste

How to make

  • 1. Peel the banana, cut into pieces according to taste. Set aside.
  • 2. Mix flour, rice flour, sugar, salt and water, stir until smooth.
  • 3. Enter the banana slices into the flour mixture, mix well.
  • 4. Fry bananas until cooked, remove and drain.
  • 5. Caramel: heat the sugar until it melts, over low heat add margarine, mix well.
  • 6. Pour the caramel over the fried bananas, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve warm.
