Brown Sugar Ongol-ongol Ingredients

  • 100 gr tapioca flour
  • 3 tbsp wheat flour
  • 155 gr brown sugar on the comb
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 lb pandan leaves conclude

  • 3 Cook until it looks like glue, use a small fire so it doesn't burn quickly. Pour the dough in a heat-resistant & flat container
  • 4 Steam for 10-15 minutes, after it cools cut into pieces then coat with steamed coconut. Serve
