Banana Strudel Ingredients

  • 1 Sheet Instant Pastry Skin
  • 3 Ripe Bananas (you can do anything)
  • Chocolate Blocks to taste, chopped small
  • Grated Cheese to taste
  • 1 Egg Yolk, for greasing

How to Make Banana Strudel

  • 1. Thinly slice the banana, set aside.
  • 2. Take the pastry skin (don't forget to sprinkle the base with a little flour so that the pastry skin doesn't stick) fill it with banana slices, shaved chocolate blocks and grated cheese.
  • 3. Cut the left and right edges of the pastry skin, then fold alternately like weaving.
  • 4. Brush the surface with egg yolk and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • 5. Oven at 180'C for 30 minutes until cooked. Customize individual ovens.
