350 gr apples, weighed after peeling (I use Fuji apples, you can use Grany Smith apples, Malang apples or something else)
1 tbsp lemon/lime juice
40 gr brown sugar
40 g sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder (if you like cinnamon, add 1/2 tsp)
1 tsp vanilla paste
Spread Ingredients
1 Egg Yolk + 1 Tbsp Liquid Margarine, Stir Together
How to make
1. Mix all the filling ingredients in a saucepan, stir until the apple water shrinks.
