Ingredients

  • 8 Sheets of Bread

Stuffing

  • 350 gr apples, weighed after peeling (I use Fuji apples, you can use Grany Smith apples, Malang apples or something else)
  • 1 tbsp lemon/lime juice
  • 40 gr brown sugar
  • 40 g sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder (if you like cinnamon, add 1/2 tsp)
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste

Spread Ingredients

  • 1 Egg Yolk + 1 Tbsp Liquid Margarine, Stir Together

How to make

  • 1. Mix all the filling ingredients in a saucepan, stir until the apple water shrinks.
  • 2. Prepare the white bread, remove the edges, roll it, cut it into 2 parts, give the filling, then press the edge of the bread with a fork so that it sticks
  • 3. Place the apple pie on a baking sheet, brush with oil, bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, if you use an air fryer for 10 minutes, serve warm
