Cendol Coating Material

  • 250 ml thick coconut milk
  • 275 ml water
  • 110 gr sugar
  • 5 gr agar2 plain
  • 30 g egg yolk
  • pinch of salt
  • 400 gr cendol
  • *** Cook all ingredients except cendol while continuing to stir over medium heat until it boils, pour into a container, add cendol, stir, pour into pudding mold, wait 1/2 set.

Brown Sugar Coating

  • 150 gr brown sugar, comb
  • 120 ml thick coconut milk
  • 300 ml water
  • 4 gr agar2 plain
  • 30 g egg yolk
  • pinch of salt
  • *** Cook all ingredients while stirring over medium heat until boiling, pour over the cendol layer, wait 1/2 set.

Pandan Layer

  • 75 gr sugar
  • 120 ml thick coconut milk
  • 300 ml pandan leaf water suji a little pandan paste
  • 4 gr agar2 plain
  • 30 g egg yolk
  • pinch of salt
  • *** Cook all ingredients while stirring over medium heat to a boil, pour over the brown sugar layer.

Solution

  • Clear layer on top: brown sugar and water, pour the rest on a plate, cut it with a pluger, stick it with pudding mix, don't forget to scratch it first so it doesn't come off.
  • Vla uses brown sugar but it's runny.
