Ingredients

  • 325 gr Butter (I mix butter and margarine)
  • 275 gr powdered sugar
  • 7 eggs
  • 20 gr milk powder
  • 15 gr cornstarch
  • 260 gr Medium protein flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 60 ml liquid milk / liquid coconut milk
  • Vanilla, Salt sckpnya
  • Mises sckpnya

Step

  • 1. Mix the butter then add the powdered sugar, mixer until it's soft and fluffy
  • 2. Then add the egg 1/1 pause for about 3-5 minutes
  • 3. Then add milk, cornstarch as well as flour and BP while sifting, mix again until smooth
  • 4. Then pour the liquid milk, mix until smooth
  • 5. Enter the mises and stir until well mixed
  • 6. Pour into the pan, then bake in au bain Marie (dough pan that is lined with an additional large baking sheet, and given hot water)
  • 7. Bake for 50 minutes fire up and down temperature 175-180C
