Ingredients

  • 10 egg yolks
  • 3 egg whites
  • 100 gr sugar (me 75gr)
  • 50 gr key flour
  • 15 gr cornstarch
  • 15 grams of powdered milk
  • 130 gr melted butter

How to make

  • -26×26 pan (22×22 pan)
  • 1. Sift dry ingredients, set aside
  • 2. Mix the eggs and sugar until thick and then add the dry ingredients (only low speed mixer or stir the spatula slowly, don't overmix)
  • 3. Then add the melted butter. Stir well.
  • 4. Pour into a 26×26 baking sheet that has been lined with baking paper
  • 5. Bake at 175″ fire up and down for about 25 minutes, depending on each oven
  • 6. Once cooked, remove the cake from the tin and let it cool on a cooling rack
  • 7. After cold, spread with buttercream and give meises HOLLAN (mean pineapple jam) then roll and compact with a scrapper. Leave in the chiller +/-15 minutes until set.
