1. Biscuit layer: Arrange the biscuits on the base of the pudding mold, set aside. Combine water, sugar & nutrijell in a saucepan, stir. Then turn on the heat, stir until boiling, turn off the heat. Leave it until the steam is gone, then slowly pour it into the mould.
2. Melon layer: mix agar-agar, granulated sugar, liquid milk & water in a saucepan, stir. Then turn on the heat, stir until boiling, turn off the heat. Allow the heat to evaporate, then pour over the half-frozen biscuit pudding layer.
3. Chocolate coating: mix all ingredients in a saucepan, stir and then turn on the heat. Keep stirring until it boils, turn off the heat & let the hot steam dissipate. Pour over the half-frozen melon pudding layer. Then freeze.
