Chocolate Melon Biscuit Pudding
Biscuit Coating Ingredients
- 1 pack of marie/regal biscuits
- 1 pack of Nutrijell Plain
- 180 gr sugar
- 700 ml of water
Melon Coating Material
- 1 pack of green color jelly
- 80 gr sugar
- 400 ml melon flavored liquid milk
- 300 ml water
Chocolate Coating Material
- 1 pack of brown jelly
- 90 gr sugar
- 50 gr dark cooking chocolate (DCC)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 400 gr liquid milk
- 300 ml water
How to make
- 1. Biscuit layer: Arrange the biscuits on the base of the pudding mold, set aside. Combine water, sugar & nutrijell in a saucepan, stir. Then turn on the heat, stir until boiling, turn off the heat. Leave it until the steam is gone, then slowly pour it into the mould.
- 2. Melon layer: mix agar-agar, granulated sugar, liquid milk & water in a saucepan, stir. Then turn on the heat, stir until boiling, turn off the heat. Allow the heat to evaporate, then pour over the half-frozen biscuit pudding layer.
- 3. Chocolate coating: mix all ingredients in a saucepan, stir and then turn on the heat. Keep stirring until it boils, turn off the heat & let the hot steam dissipate. Pour over the half-frozen melon pudding layer. Then freeze.
