- 300 gr low protein flour
- 30 gr cornstarch
- Sifter into one
Material E
- 2 whole eggs
- 3 egg yolks
- (Weigh a total of 180gr)
- 100 gr sugar
For Chocolate Topping
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder + 2 tbsp warm water
- Mix with about 6 tablespoons of dough
Method
- Beat eggs & sugar until thick white fluffy, then add ingredients B & D alternately on low speed, then add ingredient C, beat again on low speed until smooth.. lastly add ingredient A.. beat again until smooth, cover the napkin and let stand for 1- 2 hours (inflates 2x)
- Prepare the mold, heat it on medium low heat.. pour the batter into the mold until 3/4, then don't open the lid.. for about 10 minutes, open the lid and remove it, brush the pukis with butter on each side..
