Bolu Baulu
Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 200 gr sugar
- 200 gr wheat flour
Method
- 1. Whisk eggs and sugar until thick & stretchy.
- 2. Reduce the mixer, add the flour gradually, mix well.
- 3. Pour the batter into the 12 L shellfish pan which has been smeared with margarine until 3/4 full. Oven at 180°C fire above for 20-25 min. (adjust with oven msg2).
