Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 200 gr sugar
  • 200 gr wheat flour

Method

  • 1. Whisk eggs and sugar until thick & stretchy.
  • 2. Reduce the mixer, add the flour gradually, mix well.
  • 3. Pour the batter into the 12 L shellfish pan which has been smeared with margarine until 3/4 full. Oven at 180°C fire above for 20-25 min. (adjust with oven msg2).
