Filipino Sponge
Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 15gr sugar
- 30ml vegetable oil
- 60ml liquid milk
- 70gr wheat flour
- 3gr BP
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 30gr sugar
Method
- Beat eggs + sugar
- Put in vegetable oil and liquid milk
- Add the flour + BP mix well.
- Add salt mix well.
- Egg white mixer + lemon juice
- Add the sugar gradually with the mixer
- Mix egg white + yolk mixture and stir with a spatula.
- Pour into a greased mold and sprinkle with tpg.
- Bake at 180'c -+20min (adjust oven msg).
- Once cooked, grease with butter and sprinkle with cheese.
- Serve.
