Donut Crispy Sandwich

Ingredients

  • – 250 gr high protein flour
  • – 120 g of steamed potatoes, mashed
  • – 40 grams of sugar
  • – 40 grams of liquid milk
  • – 20 grams of powdered milk
  • - 1 egg
  • – 30 ml of cold water (I use liquid milk)
  • – 35 gr margarine
  • – 4 grams of salt

Upholstery

  • – 1 egg white
  • - enough bread crumbs

Complementary

  • – Sausage, stir fry for a while
  • – lettuce
  • – chili sauce & mayo

How to make

  • In a bowl, mix all ingredients except margarine & salt. Mix until half smooth
  • - add margarine & salt, continue the mixer until the dough is elastic
  • – divide the dough @ 30gr, round it. Rest for 15 minutes
  • - Take the dough that is first x rounded, flatten a little and then arrange it on baking paper that has been given a little flour. Do all of the dough. Then rest again until it expands 2x
  • Take 1 dough, dip in egg white and roll in bread crumbs. Fry until cooked over medium low heat
  • - after cold, split the top center of the donut, give lettuce - sausage & sauce. Serve
