  • 135 gr sugar
  • 120 gr wheat flour
  • 30 gr cocoa powder
  • 3 g baking powder (3/4 teaspoon)
  • 45 gr liquid milk
  • 45 gr dcc

How to make

  • 1. Prepare a 20 x 10 cm tin, grease it with butter and cover it with baking paper.
  • 2. Mix flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder, sift and set aside.
  • 3. Melt the dcc with the liquid milk. Set aside.
  • 3. Mix the butter and sugar until light fluffy, then add the eggs one by one while mixing until smooth.
  • 4. Add flour mixture persistently, mixing well.
  • 5. Add melted dcc, mix well using a spatula
  • 6. Pour into the tin, sprinkle the crumble and chocochips mixture over the entire surface of the cake.
  • 7. Bake at 170⁰ C until cooked, do a toothpick test. The oven is preheated.
