Ingredients

  • 7 eggs
  • 200 gr sugar
  • 1 tsp SP
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste
  • 200 gr wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp milk powder
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 150 gr margarine, melted

Topping

  • La Kreiva Crumble @lakreiva original taste
  • Pineapple jam
  • Grated cheese
  • Buttercream
  • Nastar cake

How to make

  • 1. Beat eggs, sugar, SP, salt and vanilla paste until thick.
  • 2. Add the flour gradually. Beat on low speed until well blended.
  • 3. Pour the melted margarine, stir again with a spatula. Pour into 2 round pans measuring 22 cm and 16 cm which have been smeared with margarine.
  • 4. Oven at 180° for 40 minutes/ cooked. Remove and cool.
  • 5. Divide the cake into 2-3 parts, spread each layer with pineapple jam and butter cream, stack neatly. Cover the surface with butter cream.
  • 6. Give La Kreiva Crumble the side to cover the cake, top with grated cheese and nastar cake. Ready to be served.
