soft & melted nastar

Ingredients

  • 150 gr Butter
  • 100 gr Margarine
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 70 gr refined sugar
  • 50 gr milk powder
  • 40 gr cornstarch
  • 360 g low protein flour
  • Decoration: Cloves

Spread

  • 2 Egg Yolks
  • 1 tbsp Liquid Milk
  • 1 tsp cooking oil

Step

  • 1. Mixer butter, margarine, sugar until well blended, just briefly, add eggs, mix again
  • 2. Enter the flour, milk powder, cornstarch stir using a spatula
  • 3. Take about 1 tablespoon then flatten to a width, put the jam on it, wrap it and round it then form a small oval, then shape it using nastar tongs, give the end a clove
  • 4. Bake at 150 dc for 10-15 minutes on top and bottom fire, until the nastar looks a bit dry then remove from the pan
  • 5. Let it cool for a while, then spread it with oil, let it come back for a while
  • 6. Bake again at 130 dc over high heat, until golden brown
  • 7. Remove from the oven and let it cool down a bit
