Ingredients

  • 500 ml Rosebrand Instant coconut milk
  • 200 ml water
  • 200 gr sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 200 gr rose brand rice flour
  • 40 gr Tapioca Rose Brand Flour
  • 1 tbsp Carcoal powder (mix with 50 ml water)
  • 1 tsp pandan paste (mix with 50 ml water)

How to make

  • - Boil the coconut milk, water, salt, stir until it boils, set aside, let it cool down
  • -mix the flour, then add the cold coconut milk, stir until well blended
  • -divide into 2 equal parts
  • - some addition with black color
  • -one more part with pandan paste
  • -Pour it into a 20x10cm tin that has been greased with oil
  • -Pour each layer 90ml, steam for about 5 minutes over low heat
  • -pour the next color layer by layer until it runs out
  • -last steamed for 15 minutes, remove to cool
  • -after cool, just cut into 2 (knife wrap with plastic wrap)
  • -serve with steamed grated coconut
