Milk Pudding
Pink Pudding Ingredients
- Baking pan 25×25
- 2 Packs of Lychee Jelly
- 150 ml Sweet Thick
- 100 gr sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1200 ml Water
- A few drops of pink coloring
Purple Pudding Ingredients
- 1 Pack of plain jelly
- 50 gr sugar
- 50 ml Sweet Thick
- 700 ml Water
- 1 Teaspoon Grape Paste
How to make
- 1. Pudding Pink: mix all ingredients together, cook until boiling. Let stand until the hot steam is gone, take a little for the bag accessories. Pour the rest into a 25×25 square pan.
- 2. Purple pudding: mix gelatin, sugar, water, and wine paste. Cook until boiling, turn off the heat. Take a small portion for the top bag. Add the remaining sweet thick, mix well, let stand until warm before pouring into bag molds.
- 3. Once cool remove from the mold.
