Ingredients

  • 120 g glutinous rice flour
  • 35 gr protein flour.medium
  • 80 gr sugar
  • 180 ml liquid milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder + a little water
  • Toasted sesame to taste

How to make

  • 1. Mix glutinous rice flour, flour and sugar, mix well.
  • 2. Enter the liquid milk little by little while stirring until smooth and the sugar dissolves.
  • 3. Add salt and vanilla, mix well.
  • 4. Separate 120 grams of dough, add chocolate mix well.
  • 5. Heat the steamer, grease a 20 or 22 square tin with oil.
  • 6. Pour the white dough, steam 10 minutes. Pour the chocolate mixture on top and steam again for 15 minutes.
  • 7. Remove, cool. Remove from pan, roll up while compacting (use plastic gloves when rolling).
  • 8. Roll it into the toasted sesame seeds, if it doesn't stick, you can apply hot water to the thin mochi, then sprinkle with sesame while pressing it a bit.
