Ingredients

  • 125 gr white glutinous rice flour
  • 15 gr rice flour
  • 50 gr steamed potatoes, mashed
  • 25 gr sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 80-90 warm water
  • White sesame for sprinkling
  • Pasta or food coloring to taste

Stuffing

  • 1. Mix all ingredients except water, mix well.

  • * Fry until it expands and is firm because otherwise it will be deflated and the shape will not be round anymore. But don't let it erupt, then the shape won't be good either.
