Ingredients

  • 150 gr tape
  • 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 120 g sugar
  • 100 gr blue triangle flour
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp milk powder
  • 120 g butter (melted)
  • 100 gr grated cheese
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/2 tsp SP

How to make

  • 1. Puree the tape and sweetened condensed milk, set aside.
  • 2. Mixer eggs, sugar, and SP until thick with traces. Lower the mixer to the lowest speed, add the smoothed tape until well blended.
  • 3. Enter the flour, mixer until well blended.
  • 4. Enter the grated cheese, stir with a spatula until blended.
  • 5. Combine the butter, stir again with a spatula.
  • 6. Put the dough into a 20x20cm pan or a D.24cm tulban pan. Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes or until cooked (depending on your oven).
