Cupcake Brownies
Brownie Cupcake Ingredients
- 1 pouch of instant brownie flour Haan
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp water
- 110 ml of oil
Cream Ingredients
- 100 gr whippy cream haan
- 200 ml cold water
- Chocolate paste to taste
How to Make Cupcake Brownies
- 1. Brownies: mix all ingredients, mix well using a whisk.
- 2. Pour into a muffin tin that has been given a paper cup. Bake at 180⁰ C for 30 minutes, adjust each oven (preheated oven).
- 3. Cream: mix all ingredients until stiff, divide in half, add chocolate paste in one part, mix well. Put it in a plastic triangle at the same time brown and white cream.
- 4. Spray over the brownies, sprinkle with chocochipa.
