Ingredients

  • -6 eggs
  • -150 grams of sugar
  • -1 tsp emulsifier(sp/tbm)
  • -1 tbsp liquid milk
  • -120 grams of medium protein flour
  • -25 grams of powdered milk (me 27 grams)
  • -1 tsp mocca paste (me 2 tsp)
  • -120 grams of margarine + wysman melted

Spread Ingredients

  • -100 gr margarine
  • -20 gr SKM
  • -2 tablespoons powdered sugar (to taste)
  • -1/2 tsp mocha paste

Topping Material

  • Suit one's taste

How to make

  • - Beat eggs, sugar, emulsifier, liquid milk, flour and milk powder until fluffy (white, thick and trailing)
  • Enter the mocca paste and melted margarine little by little while stirring slowly with a spatula
  • -Pour into a 22X22 square tin that has been lined with parchment paper and smeared with margarine.
  • -Oven with a low heat of 190 degrees Celsius for approximately 25-30 minutes (know your oven)
  • -Once it cools down, rub it with the oil and sprinkle it with the desired topping
