Ingredients

  • 275 gr sugar
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 tsp SP
  • 230 gr medium protein flour
  • 20 gr milk powder
  • 20 gr cornstarch
  • 30 ml SKM or liquid coconut milk
  • 200 gr margarine/butter melt
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder (can replace chocolate paste)
  • 1 tsp mocha paste
  • Tulban pan size 30cm (1 recipe)

How to make

  • - beat the sugar, eggs & SP until it expands thick and trailing
  • - add flour, cornstarch, milk powder, liquid coconut milk/SKM, mix well with a low speed mixer or a spatula
  • - Enter the liquid margarine, stir well
  • – take a little dough, mix with cocoa powder or moca
  • - pour into a 30cm uk tulban pan, which has been buttered and sprinkled with flour, alternately
  • - Bake with a temperature of 170 ° C fire up and down for about 40 minutes. (please depend on your oven yaa..)
  • – test with a skewer, lift it up, wait a minute and then come back... good luck
