Sponge Meses
Ingredients
- 250 gr margarine
- 180 gr granulated sugar finely blended
- 40 gr sweetened condensed milk
- 5 eggs
- 200 gr medium protein flour
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
- 1/2 tsp double acting baking powder (can be skipped)
- Meses enough
Method
- Beat margarine and sugar on high speed until pale and creamy. Add SKM, mix well. Add eggs one at a time, beating on medium speed for 30 seconds for each egg. Do this until the eggs run out. Add flour little by little, beat until smooth on low speed. Don't over mix. Turn off the mixer. Add messes, mix well with a spatula. Then pour into a baking sheet that has been smeared with margarine and sprinkled with flour (I use a Tulban pan uk 22)
- Bake in a preheated oven. I use a tangkring oven, use medium heat tends to be low. Once the cake is cooked, remove it from the oven and immediately remove it from the tin. Wait until it is not too hot, cut into pieces and the cake is ready to be enjoyed.
