Undercoat Material

  • 300 ml liquid coconut milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 100 gr grated coconut tends to be a bit young
  • 120 gr rice flour
  • 30 gr wheat flour
  • 75 gr sugar

Top Layer Material

  • 700 ml Coconut milk is a bit thick
  • 150 ml pandan juice precipitate
  • 140 gr sugar
  • 35 gr rice flour
  • 15 gr cornstarch
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Pandan paste sckpnya

How to Make a Pandan Case

  • Baking Pan 16x16x7 cm
  • 1. Enter all the bottom layer ingredients, then pour the cooked coconut milk, and let it cool
  • 2. Then pour gradually into the pan
  • 3. After the bottom build is done, continue to make the top layer
  • 4. Enter the ingredients above, pour the coconut milk
  • 5. Then pour in layers with the top layer, until all the dough is HBs
  • 6. After it's cooked, remove the cake and let it cool until it's really cold
