Hunkwe Banana

Ingredients

  • 150 gr Hunkwe flour
  • 900 ml Medium thick coconut milk
  • 250 gr sugar (to taste)
  • 4 pandan leaves, tie a knot
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • Enough plantains, cut according to taste and then steamed
  • Enough banana leaves to wrap, wither the leaves on the stove first

Method

  • 1. Mix all ingredients except banana.
  • 2. Cook over low heat while stirring until it boils and thickens.
  • 3. Take 1 tablespoon of the dough and put it on a banana leaf, add a banana on top and then wrap it. Do it fast while it's hot.
  • 4. Wait until it's room temperature or serve cold, it's even better
