Ingredients

  • 390 gr high protein flour
  • 1.5 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 280 ml of warm water

How to make

  • 1. Mix all the ingredients together, knead for 5 minutes until the dough can be rounded, it's a little sticky, isn't it?
  • 2. Grease the bottom and edges of the basin with oil/olive pill, cover the basin with cloth/plastic wrap, let stand 30 minutes until it doubles in size
  • 3. Deflate the dough, sprinkle a little flour, knead the dough again for 5 minutes until the dough is flexible, divide the dough into 4 parts, shape the dough like a pizza, you can use your hands/rolling pin, place it on a 20 cm baking sheet, add toppings according to taste, I like the sauce bolognese + mozzarella cheese + parsley, bake at 190-200 degrees for 20 minutes, serve

Sauce

  • I use bolognes sauce, sprinkle with sausage, smoked beef, moza cheese
