Ingredients

  • 200 Low protein Wheat Flour
  • 450 gr egg white at room temperature
  • 225 Sugar
  • 1 Sachet Coconut Milk Powder
  • 200 gr Margarine
  • 40 gr cornstarch
  • 20 gr milk powder
  • 40 gr cocoa powder (can be mixed with dark chocolate 30:10)
  • tbsp SP
  • tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice/½ tsp cream of tar²
  • tsp Baking Powder
  • Vanilla to taste
  • Chocolate paste to taste

How to make

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 150 delci, lower heat, grease the corona pan with carlo oil
  • 2. Melt the margarine, set aside
  • 3. Mix together, coconut milk powder, cocoa powder, flour, milk powder, sieve cornstarch, set aside
  • 4. Beat the Putel, SP, lemon juice, salt until frothy, add sugar gradually, mixer on high speed until thick and trailing, when it is removed it will form a crest of dough
  • 5. Lower the mixer speed to medium, gradually add the sifted dry ingredients, chocolate paste, liquid vanilla, turn off the mixer
  • 6. Enter the melted margarine mixture, stir with a spatula
  • 7. Put the dough into the pan, bake using a fire up and down 50-60 minutes, do a toothpick test, remove from the oven, wait until the edges of the cake loosen, then remove from the pan
