Ingredients

  • 50 gr salted butter
  • 1 pack chocolatos matcha
  • 100 gr low pro wheat flour
  • 30 gr SKM / 2 tablespoons (if you want it sweeter, you can add 1 tablespoon sugar flour)

Sprinkled

  • 1 Bks Chocolatos Matcha

How to make

  • 1. Mix butter, flour and chocolatos, puree for a while using Magic Chopper CH 200 @mitochiba.id
  • 2. Enter the SKM, mix well. Wrap in plastic wrap and store for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  • 3. Remove from the refrigerator, roll out a square with a thickness of 2 mm, roll lengthwise and cut into pieces of 1.5 cm.
  • 4. Paste the surface with chocolatos powder, arrange it on a baking sheet that has been lined with baking paper.
  • 5. Bake using Mini Electric Oven MO 20 @mito.id with a temperature of 150C for 30 minutes / until cooked (5 minutes before cooking, can be raised to the top rack so that the surface is more cooked)
  • 6. Sprinkle with the remaining chocolatos.
