Ingredients

  • 340gr Dark Chocolate Compound (DCC), chopped
  • 75gr whip cream powder dissolved in 150ml water
  • 1 sachet (20gr) Luwak White Koffie
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 50gr butter
  • Enough cocoa powder for sprinkling

How to make

  • 1. In a saucepan, mix whip cream, salt and Luwak White Koffie, cook while stirring until it explodes, turn off the stove, add chopped DCC, let sit for a while until DCC melts, mix well, add butter, mix well
  • 2. Pour the dough into a heart-shaped silicone mold, put it in the freezer until set
  • 3. Remove Nama Chocolate from the mold, sprinkle with cocoa powder.
