Rose Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 bks agar² powder.
- 1 bks kcl instant coconut milk .
- 200 ml of UHT liquid milk.
- 600 ml of water.
- 125 gr sugar.
- Sufficient blue coloring (according to taste)
Clear Coating
- 1 tsp agar² powder.
- 300 ml of water.
- 50 grams of sugar.
How to make
- 1. Mix all the ingredients for the milk pudding (except the blue coloring). Stir well, then cook until boiling. Turn off the stove.
- 2. Take about 300 ml of pudding liquid. Then give the blue color, mix well. Then print the blue pudding in the rose-shaped mold.
- 3. In the rest of the milk pudding. Pour directly into the pudding cup, just cup. Do it until it runs out. Cool until everything starts to set.
- 4. Remove the rose pudding from the mold. Then put it on top of the milk pudding in the cup.
- 5. For clear coating. Mix all the ingredients and cook until it boils. Turn off the stove. Then pour the clear liquid over the milk pudding that has been put in the roses. Cool to room temperature. Then put in the refrigerator. Serve cold.
