150 gr Steamed Pumpkin, mashed (heavy after peeled & steamed)
Pinch of Salt
20 ml warm water (optional)
1 lb pandan leaves, conclude

50 gr brown sugar, finely comb
100 gr coconut half old, grated lengthwise
1/4 tsp Salt

How to make
1. Mix grated coconut and salt, mix well. Add pandan leaves, steam 15 minutes. set aside
2. In a bowl, mix the glutinous rice flour and a pinch of salt, mix well. Add pumpkin, knead until well blended. If you feel that the dough cannot be scavenged (because the water content of the pumpkin is different), you can add warm water little by little while kneading, if the dough can be scavenged, stop pouring the water.
3. Take a little dough (approximately 10gr) flatten it, add brown sugar filling, cover and round it. Continue until the dough runs out
4. Boil enough water to boil, add pandan leaves. Insert the klepon balls. Boil until it floats, remove and roll in grated coconut.
