Ingredients

  • 255gr purple sweet potato, steamed and mashed
  • 50gr @cokelatcolatta DARK COMPOUND melt
  • 60gr sugar
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 60gr oil
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Toppings

  • 300gr @cokelatcolatta DARK COMPOUND
  • Sprinkle

Method

  • • Melt the Dark Compound @cokelatcolatta set aside.
  • • Mix in a bowl: sugar, vanilla, eggs, then whisk until well blended.
  • • Add purple sweet potato, whisk until smooth, add oil, melted @cokelatcolatta and cocoa powder, whisk until well blended.
  • Pour in the pan.
  • Oven at 190 degrees – on middle rack 15 minutes, continue to 160 degrees – on lower rack 10 minutes, remove and allow to come to room temperature.
  • • Cut lengthwise, stick with ice cream sticks.
  • • Topping: melt the Dark Compound @cokelatcolatta, dip the cake until smooth, remove and let harden. Garnish with melted @cokelatcolatta and sprinkle, a little powdered sugar. Serve.
