Material A

  • 4 egg yolks

Material B

  • 4 egg whites
  • 40 g sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cream of tartar

The method

  • 1.In a bowl, beat the egg yolks with a whisk, then add the liquid milk, mix well, add the olive oil, mix well, add the flour and cocoa powder, mix well.
  • 2.Mixer the egg whites until frothy, then add the cream of tar tar and sugar for three stages of the mixer until soft peaks
  • 3. Enter the egg white mixture into the egg yolk mixture, stir until blended
  • 4. Put the dough into the Cupcake mold and then oven with a temperature of 180 ° C, adjust to each oven. After it is cold, decorate the cupcakes with a Christmas theme.
