Kiwifruit Pudding Layer Ingredients

  • 1 kiwi fruit (cut into pieces according to taste)
  • 150 ml water
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 gr agar powder (swallow)
  • 1/2 tsp basil (soak in hot water)

How to make

  • 1. Arrange the kiwifruit on the bottom of the mould. Give enough basil.
  • 2. Mix water, sugar, & agar powder in a bowl, cook while stirring until it boils. Remove from the stove, slowly pour over the kiwi fruit. Set aside.
  • Mix all ingredients, cook while stirring until it boils. Pour over the Kiwifruit Pudding Layer.

Milk Pudding Layer Ingredients

  • 450 ml UHT milk
  • 75 gr sugar
  • 7 gr white jelly powder (nutrijell)
  • 4 grams of white agar powder (swallow)
  • 3-5 drops light green food coloring

Cream Cheese Pudding Layer Ingredients

  • 125 gr cream cheese / cheese spready spread (Prochiz spready)
  • 125 ml UHT milk
  • 175 ml of water
  • 100 gr sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 grams of white agar powder (swallow)

How to Make Cream Cheese Pudding

  • 1. Put the spread cheese and UHT milk into the chopper, blend until smooth, then pour into a container. Add water, sweetened condensed milk, and agar powder, mix well.
  • 2. Cook while stirring until it boils. Pour over the custard layer. If it's not hot, put it in the fridge until set. Cut to taste, serve.
