Steamed Brownies Cheese Cake
Brownies Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Eggs
- 150 gr sugar
- 1 tsp SP @zeelandia_indonesia
- tsp Liquid Vanilla
- 90 gr low protein flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder @zeelandia_indonesia
- 120 gr cooking oil
- 75 gr DCC
- 40 gr cocoa powder
Cheese Cake Ingredients
- 200 gr cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 75 gr sugar
- 50 gr flour
- 100 gt full cream milk
- tsp melted vanilla
How to make
- 1. Heat the steamer over medium heat, tend to be low, cover the steamer wrapped with cloth
- 2. Lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking oil

- 4. Melt the DCC, cooking oil until the chocolate dissolves, set aside

- 9. Reduce the stove heat, add the brownie mixture, smooth with a spatula, steam for 10 minutes
- 10. Enter the cheese mixture, smooth with a spatula, steam for 10 minutes, keep using low heat until the dough is hbs
- 11. Enter the brownie mixture, steam for 30 minutes, do a toothpick test
- 12. Remove from the pan immediately, wait for it to cool then cut into pieces
