Brownies Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Eggs

  • 1 tsp SP @zeelandia_indonesia
  • tsp Liquid Vanilla
  • 90 gr low protein flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder @zeelandia_indonesia
  • 120 gr cooking oil
  • 75 gr DCC
  • 40 gr cocoa powder

Cheese Cake Ingredients

  • 200 gr cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 75 gr sugar
  • 50 gr flour
  • 100 gt full cream milk
  • tsp melted vanilla

How to make

  • 1. Heat the steamer over medium heat, tend to be low, cover the steamer wrapped with cloth
  • 2. Lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking oil

  • 9. Reduce the stove heat, add the brownie mixture, smooth with a spatula, steam for 10 minutes
  • 10. Enter the cheese mixture, smooth with a spatula, steam for 10 minutes, keep using low heat until the dough is hbs
  • 11. Enter the brownie mixture, steam for 30 minutes, do a toothpick test
  • 12. Remove from the pan immediately, wait for it to cool then cut into pieces
