Ingredients

  • 300 ml medium thick coconut milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 pandan leaves, conclude
  • 65 gr tapioca flour
  • 50 gr wheat flour
  • 80 gr sugar
  • 100 ml pandan leaf sediment + 2 drops of pandan paste / pandan paste to taste
  • 1/4 tsp food bleach.

How to make

  • 1. Boil the coconut milk, sugar, salt and pandan leaves, stirring constantly until it boils. Remove and cool.
  • 2.In a container, enter the tapioca flour, wheat flour, and pour the coconut milk, stir until smooth so that there are no lumps of flour, then strain.
  • 3. Divide the dough into two evenly, 1 dough gives pandan sediment/pandan paste, the other one gives food bleach.
  • 4. heat the steamer, pour the white dough into the mold that has been smeared with a little cooking oil, steam for 5 minutes, then pour the green dough, steam it again for 5 minutes, do the same thing until the dough runs out, for the last dough, steam the cake for 15 minutes.
  • When it is cooked, let the cake cool and then remove it from the mold. Good luck
