Spiky Bamboo Nastar

Ingredients

  • 250 gr steamed low protein flour (to see how to steam it, you can check on my youtube channel, link in bio)
  • 50 gr powdered milk
  • 30 gr cornstarch
  • 200 gr cold butter (must chill in the refrigerator first)
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 5 pcs boiled egg yolks

Spread

  • 2 pcs kutel
  • 1 tsp liquid milk
  • tsp honey
  • tsp oil
  • 2 tts dark yellow coloring (optional)
  • (I cover the spread tightly, put it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours before using it)

Method

  • Beat butter & powdered sugar for 1 minute, add boiled egg yolks, beat for a few seconds as long as it's smooth.
  • • Enter the sifted flour, milk & cornstarch.. stir with a spatula/wooden spoon until smooth..
  • Put in the fridge for 30 minutes..then print

  • Bake at a temperature of around 120-130° fire, bring it for 40-50 minutes..
  • Remove to cool then spread 2x roast at 100°C fire for about 5 minutes
