Black Sticky Rice
Materials
- 75 gr black glutinous rice flour.
- 125 gr white glutinous rice flour.
- 50 gr tapioca flour.
- 3 tbsp cooking oil.
- 150-180 ml of warm coconut milk. Can be less or more (I use 50 ml of instant coconut milk + warm water).
- Sprinkle salt.
- Sufficient brown sugar, comb it, for stuffing.
- Grated coconut, steamed for 15 minutes with 1 pandan sheet and salt. Remove and set aside.
How to make
- 1. Preheat the water in the pan to boil the cake. While waiting to boil.
- 2. Mix all the flour, salt, oil and gradually pour in the coconut milk (don't skip). Stir and knead until it feels smooth and easy to shape. (When it can be formed, stop pouring coconut milk).
- 3. Take enough dough. Then fill with brown sugar. Close tightly and round kn. Do it until all done.
- 4. After the water in the pot is boiling. Boil the klepon balls, while stirring constantly. Boil until cooked. Lift and drain. Then balurkn it into the steamed grated coconut.
