Chocolate Butter Cake

Ingredients

  • 100 gr Butter
  • 100 gr Margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 gr Medium Protein Flour
  • 150 gr granulated sugar
  • 20 gr Cocoa Powder

Chocolate Glazing

  • 100 ml Liquid Whipping Cream
  • 100 gr Dark Cooking Chocolate (DCC)

How to make

  • 1. Mix into one flour and cocoa powder, mix well. Set aside.
  • 2. Beat butter, margarine, sugar until fluffy.
  • 3. Enter the eggs one by one, beat well.
  • 4. Enter the flour mixture and cocoa powder little by little (use low speed), beat until well blended.
  • 5. Pour into a loaf pan that has been smeared with thin margarine and lined with parchment paper.
  • 6. Oven at 180'C for 25 minutes until cooked, immediately remove from the pan and cool on a cooling rack.
  • 7. Chocolate glazing: cut DCC into small pieces then mix with whipping cream. Cook over low heat until all the chocolate is melted and the mixture thickens.
  • 8. Pour the chocolate glazing over the cake, cut into pieces and serve.
